Return and refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our sea moss products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy outlined below:

 

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Perishable or consumable items may have specific return restrictions for health and safety reasons.

  • Provide the order details, reason for return, and any supporting information.

Return Options:

  • Refund: Upon receiving the returned products and verifying their condition, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding holiday‘s) for the refund to be processed.

  • Exchange: If you prefer an exchange for a different product, please indicate your choice during the return process. Additional charges or refunds may apply based on the price difference between the original and exchanged products.

 

 

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment for your records.

 

 

Exceptions:

  • Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

  • Herbal products may be returned unopened. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, simply return it for an exchange, or refund within 7 business days (excluding holiday’s).
